Operational Planning:

- Proposing the holding of a journal club/clinical guideline club regularly and weekly

- Holding research workshops regularly and monthly

- Determining research priorities in the first six months and annual revisions

- Developing a proposal and providing the context for heart failure registry plan

- Helping the implementation of the registry plan of blood pressure and angiography

- Holding scientific conferences with the help of the cardiovascular department and other educational groups of the university once a year

- Attempting to implement a joint research project with other national and international research centers

- Providing research sabbatical leaves for one of the faculty members

- Suggesting the faculty of the cardiovascular department to propose ideas and proposals in joint meetings of the cardiovascular department and the research center
